Glasses Case Question OPTICIANS PLEASE!?
So I just got my first pair of glasses (go me! 
) I am 16 years old.
My perscription is considered fairly low and my optometrist said to wear my glasses only when I need to drive and see the board in school... or if im watching TV or something... anyways the point is I am supposed to wear them "part-time"
My concern is though when I am not wearing them I keep them in the case which is either in my bag, pocket, etc. It is a fairly small case but I know the glasses are bouncing around in the case as I walk (sometimes run). Will this break them or anything?
They feel relatively snug and I have the cloth that comes with it sourounding them but I am scared I am going to Bend or Break them when I am not using them...
I know that they are NOT polycarbonate, they are regular plastic so that makes me even more worried right?
should I be concerned about this? I cant get a much smaller case for them...

If they are in the case they are relatively safe. You are also doing a good job of protecting them by wrapping the cloth around them.
They aren't going to break if you are just running around and they bounce. They probably won't break unless the case breaks (like if someone sat on it or something).
Glasses are made to be pretty sturdy and withstand a lot of damage, because a lot of people don't take proper care of them. As long as you keep them in the case and don't break the case they will be just fine.
