Can you tell me your advice on Natural Delivery?
I am thinking about having a natural birth with my first child. Was hoping women that have also had drug free births can tell me some advice? Also, why am I hearing and reading natural tearing is better than the doctor cutting you? Thanks!
My advice is to sign up for birthing classes as soon as possible. I would recommend Bradley method classes as they really emphasise natural childbirth.
The best weapon you have is information, learn as much as possible about what to expect so that you can be as informed as possible about what you want.
Remember it's YOUR birth, YOUR body, YOUR baby, YOUR decisions. Be as informed as possible.

oh, and reading the answers above i wanted to add, don't feel in any way ashamed if you end up with an epidural. When it's all over what matters is that you and the baby are healthy. Don't let ANYONE tell you either way that you're in any way less for making whatever choice you make. Just be as informed as possible when you do make your choice.
